Donnie Adams obtained his PhD in Educational Leadership from Universiti Malaya and was recently awarded the Emerald Young Researcher Award 2021 by Emerald Publishing and Universiti Malaya’s Excellence Award for Community Engagement in 2019. He is the Editor-in-chief for the International Online Journal of Educational Leadership (IOJEL) and Editor for Cogent Education. He is actively involved in research and development work towards the area of inclusive school leadership and school-wide reformation of inclusive education agenda in Malaysia.
