Jennifer Chandler is an associate professor and department chair of management with California State University, Fullerton in the College of Business and Economics. She holds a B.A. from UCLA, an M.B.A. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Chandler studies service innovation, technology, and the development of user-centric service systems, including mobile device usage, Internet of Things, and Big Data. Her research is published in Journal of Service Research, Journal of Business Ethics, Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, Marketing Theory, Journal of Business Market Management, Industrial Management, and the Academy of Marketing Studies Journal.
