Her latest books include The Part-time Vegetarian and Vegetarian Food for Healthy Kids and Superfoods Slow Cooker. She has also ghost-written a number of books for celebrities and food clients, including Holly Willoughby, WeightWatchers (WW), Ella’s Kitchen and Bay Tree.
