Vania Vigolo is Assistant Professor in Management in the Department of Business Administration, University of Verona, Italy. She holds a Degree in Foreign Literatures and Languages, with a specialization in tourism management, from the University of Verona (2004) and a PhD in Marketing for Business Strategy from the University of Bergamo, Italy (2008). Her research interests include tourism marketing and management, services marketing, and branding issues, and she has published on these topics in various national and international journals. She has acted as a reviewer for a number of journals and several international conferences.
