SUSANNE KLENGEL is Professor of Latin American Literatures and Cultures at the Institute of Latin American Studies, Freie Universität Berlin. She specializes in the historical avant-garde and transareal intellectual history.

ALEXANDRA ORTIZ WALLNER is an expert on Latin American Literatures and Cultures. She has held teaching and research positions at Freie Universität Berlin, Potsdam University, the University of Barcelona and Delhi University. She is currently a Visiting Professor at Humboldt University, Berlin.
