News coverage of regions is becoming important as image and identity are becoming essential for a region's economic growth and ultimate survival. Besides, an informed society is healthier than the one based on rumors, gossips, and suspicions. Teshome Tafesse is a lecturer at Addis Ababa University,where he obtained his MA in Journalism and Communications in 2006. He also received a professional certificate in International Cooperation from Wroclaw University, Poland, in 2009.Currently, he is doing his PhD in Applied Linguistics and Communication at Addis Ababa University
