Tamara Murphy is a culinary school and pastry school graduate and has held many chef and pastry chef positions in restaurants in Chicago and NYC. She became interested in wine and was in wine sales in SF and Chicago. After a client approached her with an offer to pay her for a private wine class for friends at his home, she founded Wine Tutors which offers private wine tasting and appreciation classes in people's homes and offices. Due to overwhelming interest in these classes, Tamara realized that there was a need greater than she could accommodate with these interactive small wine tasting classes. It was out of this need that the Winerd(R) wine game was born.
