Analysing and interpreting narrative texts
Throughout the book, the authors provide many text analyses which convincingly illustrate the utility and applicability of concepts and methods needed for analysing and interpreting narrative texts. These literary examples should also enable students to situate the material covered within broader contexts of narrative theory and help apply narrative theory in the practice of literary interpretation.
