Jacqueline Baxter is Professor of Public Policy and Management and Director of the Centre for Research and Innovation in Online Business and Legal Education in the Faculty of Business and Law at the Open University, UK. She is Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Helen Selby-Fell holds a Senior Lectureship in Policing and is Deputy Director of SCiLAB (the Scholarship Centre for Innovation in Online Legal and Business Education) in the Faculty of Business and Law at the Open University, UK.
Andrew Gilbert is Senior Lecturer in Law and Associate Dean for Curriculum and Quality in the Faculty of Business and Law at the Open University, UK
