The reader is able to find out which cars have been designed by Bertone or Pininfarina, or which production cars made since 1895 have been supercharged; to see a list of all cars which can exceed 100 mph, or can accelerate to 60 mph in under seven seconds; and to find details of the long cars, the short cars, the high and low power-to-weight ratio cars, the frugal cars, the thirsty cars, the cars with adjustable suspension systems, the electric cars, the steam cars, the wood and fabric cars, the plastic cars and the aluminium cars.
