Dr. Jon P. Bloch is an associate professor of sociological anthropology at Southern Connecticut State University. He received his M.A. and Ph.D. from Indiana University, where he wrote his dissertation on self-identity and the New Age movement. Bernard Golden, PhD is a practicing psychologist for more than thirty years. Nancy Rosenfeld who has bipolar disorder herself, is the author of three other books
