Everything in Moderation explores the connection between these choices and our homeopathic constitutional types. Discovering how to recognise your type can guide you toward making better food choices for health, while avoiding the things that weaken you. Did you know that a weak liver can trigger anger and sugar cravings? Or that a tired spleen can affect decision-making?
From babies to adolescence and into adulthood, this guide helps you discover your physical strengths and weaknesses, sensitivities and common personality traits. Learn how to use this knowledge to eat the foods that make you feel good.
Everything in Moderation brings together Homeopathic principles, Chinese philosophies and nutrition. Packed with pictures, guides, and user-friendly summary tables, this book becomes your essential reference tool - a guide to help you and your family stay well.
Katie Cook is a River School graduate with a keen interest in living in harmony with the natural world. She fell in love with Eastern Philosophy over twenty years ago and more recently fell in love with Rudoph Steiner’s anthroposophy while working with Weleda. Jenny Rhodes was raised in Cape Town, South Africa. Her journey into holistic healthcare began early, shaping her passion for homeopathy and wellness. She is dedicated to helping people understand that even small, simple changes can significantly improve health. The River School of Homeopathy provided her with a wealth of knowledge to pursue this calling. Helen Johnson trained as an Osteopath, Naturopath, Homeopath & Cranial Osteopath in 1990s. She worked one to one with Dr Ramakrishnan and studied with the Guild of Homeopaths. For the last thirty-four years she has run a very busy practise and is now the director of River School of Homeopathy.
