Formerly a solicitor, Anona married a deer farmer, moved to rural Scotland, and quickly realised that as Venison was in plentiful supply she had better learn how to cook it! She is now a passionate advocate for the versatility of Venison and regularly hosts cookery demonstrations in her farmhouse kitchen which highlight just how delicious and varied Venison dishes can be for any level of cook. As a working mum with little time to spare, ensuring all meals are both simple and scrumptious is a priority for her so she is delighted to share some recipes in this colourful, vibrant book. As she says "Pop on an apron, grab a glass and have a go!" Happy cooking everyone!
