J. is a trained Internal Family Systems Therapist and is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). She utilizes polyvagal theory, energy psychology and a knowledge of the chakras and subtle energies in her work. She is also a Reiki Master in the lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui and and a faculty member of the Shift Network.
