This book describes Ivorian gastronomy. It is based on culinary recipes from the Abouré, Agni, Baoulé, Dan, Gouro and Senoufo peoples, and describes the preparation and presentation methods used to showcase the country's rich gastronomic heritage. GOORÉ Lou Sôho Prisca is a doctoral student in sociolinguistics in the Department of Language and Communication Sciences at the Université Alassane Ouattara de Bouaké in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. Author of the book Les anthroponymies des peuples gouro de Sinfra (2020) published by Editions Universitaires Européennes.
