The Enneagram is an incredibly powerful tool for understanding personality types: who we are, how we function best in the world, and how we relate to each other. A Little Bit of Enneagram is an essential guide to the basics of this amazing system, including background and history and a basic overview of the nine major motivations. Expert author Ashton Whitmoyer-Ober also branches out into Enneagram “wings” or variations, the motivations’ role in interpersonal relationships, and more in this easy-to-use handbook on an increasingly popular phenomenon.
Ashton Whitmoyer-Ober is a community psychologist and certified Enneagram coach. She received her B.A. in psychology from East Carolina University and her M.A. in community psychology and social change from Pennsylvania State University. Ashton has her own Enneagram and life coaching business, Enneagram Ashton, and has released two books, The Enneagram Made Simple and The Enneagram for Relationships (both Rockridge). Ashton is a writer, public speaker, and advocate for the underdog. She lives with her husband, rescue puppy, and new baby.
