He has been awarded the prestigious title of Jyotish Kovid from the ICAS (Indian Council of Astrological Sciences). He also has developed (and publishes) a planetary almanac for Vedic astrologers. Bill has appeared on television and has been a featured speaker at workshops around the U.S.
