High yielding property in the UK is getting harder to find. So if you wish to carry on investing in property - and it's still the best investment there is according to the author - then you need to go international. This book explores and identifies property hotspots around the world. If you study each hotspot you'll see that every one is worth a visit if you wish to base your investment on financial fundamentals. You can increase your knowledge further by using the internet sites listed, and even by investing in a few overseas phone calls to agents out there.

Ajay Ahuja bought his first property at the age of 24, with GBP500. Now at the age of 33 he owns 75 properties and earns an income from them in excess of GBP500,000 per annum. As well as being a buy-to-let millionaire, Ajay is a chartered accountant. He is the founder and owner of Accountants Direct which provides references for the self-employed for mortgaging purposes. He advises various local councils and accommodation projects and works to provide innovative solutions to problems facing the homeless. Ajay has been profiled on BBC 2's 'The Money Programme'.
