Many of us struggle with anxiety, which takes various forms, including phobias, panic attacks and OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). Relief can be found, however, through learning to manage symptoms and, ultimately, through placing our reliance on God.

Issues covered include:

Who is at risk (a consideration of different personality types)

How anxiety affects us

How we can measure levels of anxiety

Skills and strategies to overcome anxiety

With real-life case studies, biblical examples and personal insights, this book offers help to all those suffering from anxiety - and gives practical guidelines for those wanting to help others.
