Mark Emmons began his career as an automotive technician, earning L1 certification and advancing to Service Manager in the Pacific Northwest. With 20 years of service and diagnostic experience, he began a teaching career. Mr. Pickerill was a technician for 22 years before entering the training field, and he earned more than 40 years of technical and teaching experience over the span of his career. He received his master's degree in career and technical education from Indiana State University.
