Nikolaj Juel is a cook, hunter and nature lover. He is passionate about food and loves nothing better than gathering and cooking in the wild. Nikolaj has worked with Jamie Oliver at Fifteen and the Rivercafe in London and has been headchef at Årstiderne; the leading farm for organic produce in Denmark.
