In preparing my dishes, I focused on simplicity and applied it to breakfasts, casseroles, appetizers, and much more. I can keep pace with the best of southern cooks, but my speciality is easy! The love that flowed from my grandmother & mother prepared me for this cookbook. It prepared me to follow and pursue my love of cooking and making others happy through it. Therefore, I dedicate this cookbook in honor of the two most important beauties of my life.
