Fiona Whiting is a freelance HR and organisational development consultant with over 20 years' experience as an HR practitioner. Fiona Whiting is also the co-founder and director of The People Effect List. Malcolm Martin BSc, Chartered FCIPD has been involved in the design and delivery of CIPD programmes since 1993.
