Welcome to the sixth edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Gambling, published by Global Legal Group.
This publication provides corporate counsel and international practitioners with comprehensive jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction guidance to gambling laws and regulations around the world, and is also available at www.iclg.com.
This year, four expert chapters cover topical issues relating to the gambling industry, including combatting cyber security risks and strengthening anti-money laundering controls. The guide is introduced by Jamie Nettleton and Marc Ellinger, the respective 2019 and 2020 Presidents of International Masters of Gaming Law.
The question and answer chapters, which in this edition cover 39 jurisdictions, provide detailed answers to common questions raised by professionals dealing with gambling laws and regulations.
