Philip Greene is a co-founder of the Museum of the American Cocktail. A descendant of Antoine Peychaud the 19th-century pharmacist who created Peychaud's Bitters and who receives credit for coining the word 'cocktail' - Greene serves as brand ambassador and consultant for the Hemingway Rum Company, offering his expertise on the life and lore of Ernest Hemingway, including speaking events around the country and consultation on advertising campaigns, recipes, outreach and promotional efforts.
