Jimmy Michael (Author) Jimmy Michael is a specialist musculoskeletal osteopath who holds degrees in Sports and Exercise Science and Osteopathy. He is a senior lecturer with OMT Training and he has run courses for organisations such as the NHS, Liverpool FC and Manchester City FC. He is an internationally published scientific researcher in manual therapy and spinal manipulation, and author of five Singing Dragon and Handspring books. He lives in London, UK. Ben Tolson (Author) Ben Tolson has been practising complimentary therapies since 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Acupuncture from the University of Kingston after studying for 3 and half years at the College of Chinese Integrated Medicine. He has taken post graduate courses in numerous areas from sports injuries, trigger point therapy, fertility and digestive complaints.
