Today's hot chicks are too busy juggling work, their social life and aerobics classes to spend lots of time in the kitchen. Yet they also want to eat healthily, have the girls round for supper and seduce the man of their dreams over dinner. Cool Food for Hot Chicks is the book they need. There are chapters with recipes for every occasion, including 'Working Girl', 'Dinner Party Diva', 'You Are What You Eat', and 'Girls' Night In'. So whether it's a quick pasta dish for the working girl that gets home late, or nibbles to feed girlfriends over a video, this book has it all.
Roberta Moore worked in public relations and event management for 10 years, including the sports promotions company of her father, the late Bobby Moore; Channel 4 TV; a national charity and a publishing house. Louise Holland has had a varied career in the food industry. She has worked at The Dorchester, Menage a Trois and Mosimanns. She also worked as in-house chef at the bookshop Books for Cooks and was discovered here by the food producer of the Channel 4 TV programme Light Lunch, where she worked assisting the food producer and cooking for the guests.
