This title introduces a non-surgical treatment that claims to slow down the ageing process, iron out those wrinkles and leave you looking and feeling years younger. There are over 90 muscles in the face and, just like any other muscles in the body, it's important that these muscles are actively used on a daily basis to keep them mobile and toned. Even when sitting still, the head is constantly in motion, putting pressure on the muscles of the face and neck, restricting the free flow of energy around the head and often causing headaches or discomfort. Release the pain through massage and energy flows freely, resulting in well-being throughout the body. In Indian tradition, massage is considered as important to health and beauty as diet and exercise. In this book, Narendra and Kundan Mehta show you how to incorporate facial massage into your daily life, and include information and advice on: what causes ageing?; why do we get bags under our eyes; how to slow down the ageing process; massage techniques; and facial acupressure.
