Steve McDonagh: Steve McDonagh, who along with Dan Smith comprises The Hearty Boys, won the very first series of The Next Food Network Star and hosted the Food Network series Party Line with the Hearty Boys. They have appeared on CBS's The Early Show and in Life, The New Yorker, the New York Times, among other publications. He lives in Chicago, where he and Dan operate The Hearty Boys catering business and the acclaimed restaurant Hearty.
