Mike has been working with young people and community groups for many years, much involving outdoor pursuits,in particular water activities. He lives on a narrow boat on the outskirts of London. His other interests are Buddhism and the theatre. He also is a member of Anxiety UK and supports them in their work to improve services for those suffering from anxiety disorders.
