This is Bob Howitt's 18th book on rugby. He was for 26 years editor of Rugby News, edited the New Zealand Rugby Annual for 22 years, and was founder editor of New Zealand Rugby World. He collaborated with coaches Graham Henry and Laurie Mains and referee Paddy O'Brien on their bestselling biographies, and wrote three volumes of New Zealand Rugby Greats, which presented the life stories of 75 of the country's greatest players.
