Forget boring, repetitive drills. Tennis Practice Games brings a game-based approach to learning that's fun, creative, and challenging. From stoke development to strategy, you'll learn the skills you need to improve for a better overall game.

This unique practice method is designed to replicate the skills you'll need in an actual match. It goes beyond basic drills to creatively simulate points, adding pressure and focus you can only get through practice games. Each game includes variations that can be adapted to any skill level, with a wide variety of games included for both singles and doubles play.

The Tennis Practice Games book features 141 games with descriptions and diagrams focusing on all the essential skills--from stroke development, footwork skills, and conditioning to creative spin, specialty shots, and strategy for singles and doubles play. The wide variety of games will test your ability and prepare you for the kind of pressure you'll find in matches.

The Tennis Practice Games Video brings the games in the book to life. With demonstrations of the 42 most creative and complex games, you will see exactly how the games and variations play out with slow-motion and expert commentary.
