Ronald Kotler, M.D., is the respiratory director at the Pennsylvania Hospital Sleep Disorders Center and is a member of the American Board of Sleep Medicine and American Sleep Disorders Association. Maryann Karinch is the author of 12 books. In 2004, Maryann founded The Rudy Agency, a literary agency specialising in non-fiction. Charles R. Cantor, MD, DABSM is a neurologist specialising in sleep disorders. He is the medical director at the University of Pennsylvania Sleep Center.
