Fiona McAuslan is a London-based journalist who writes on travel and lifestyle for the Daily and Sunday Telegraph, the Independent, Blueprint and Time Out London, amongst other publications. Matt Norman first visited Cuba in 1995 when he spent a year living with a Cuban family in Centro Habana and attending courses at the University of Havana.
