Each of these two postcard books contains twenty-five exceptional photographs of the capital. Richard Turpin's photographs of London, taken from the successful book by Louise Nicholson, capture the diversity of one of the world's most celebrated cities. The images by Sandra Lousada, from the equally praised London's Parks and Gardens by Jill Billington, focus on the many and varied green spaces spread across the capital.
A specialist in architecture and interiors, Richard Turpin has worked for architectural practices, hotel groups and advertising companies. His photographs have appeared in newspapers such as The Times, the Financial Times and the Daily Telegraph and the magazines Country Living and Country Life. He also took the photographs for Hidden France, written by Brigitte Tilleray. Sandra Lousada is most famous for her theatre and fashion photographs, especially of children. Her portrayal of the parks and gardens of London in London's Parks and Gardens won her further acclaim.
