Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, they have written about Vermont cheese, Belgian beer, Tahitian poisson cru, New Hampshire hot dogs, Neapolitan pizza, Maine lobster, and Spanish elvers for such publications as the Boston Globe, The Robb Report, and Cooking Light. They have made every effort, however, to bring those tastes of travel back home and hope you do the same.
