Robert Abbey is Professor of Legal Education and Practice and the Director of the Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster. He is also a Deputy Adjudicator to HM Land Registry, the Law Society's Chief Examiner in property law and practice, and a Consultant Solicitor with Russell Jones & Walker. He has co-authored a number of books, all published by Oxford University Press, including A Practical Approach to Conveyancing, A Practical Approach to Commercial Conveyancing and Property, Companion to Property Law and Practice, A Guide to Assessment and Blackstone's Guide to the Land Registration Act 2002. Mark Richards is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Westminster and an external examiner on the Legal Practice Course. He was formerly an equity partner in a central London Solicitors' practice, and has co-authored a number of books, all published by Oxford University Press, including A Practical Approach to Conveyancing, A Practical Approach to Commercial Conveyancing and Property, Companion to Property Law and Practice, A Guide to Assessment and Blackstone's Guide to the Land Registration Act 2002.
