John Anstey, like his father before him, was one of the world's leading experts on rights of light. He was founder and partner in Anstey Horne & Co, a leading firm of rights of light and party wall specialists. Lance Harris joined Anstey Horne & Co as a trainee in 1978 working under John Anstey. Today he is a chartered building surveyor, joint senior partner at the firm and is recognised as an expert in the field of rights of light.
