Using a question and answer format, Express Wills guides users through a structured questionnaire - based on the response, the software determines the next relevant question and takes them automatically to the appropriate prompt. Once users have completed the questionnaire, the questions are combined with a bank of nearly 1,000 precedents to produce a draft will - the content, order and presentation can then be amended or changed before printing off the will, either in Standard Will format or Old English format, ready for signature.
