The training of military personnel involves unique educational procedures. Studies on this training are relatively recent in Brazil. Before that, there was resistance from the military police officers in charge of the institutions against empirical studies of their activities. Over the last 15 years, this resistance has been broken down and it is now possible to find these types of studies. Despite the lack of studies, it is still a rich area of interest for various fields of knowledge.

PhD candidate in Accounting Sciences (UFU), Master in Linguistics (UNIFRAN), Police Sciences of Security and Public Order (CAES), and in Administration (UnB), Graduated in Pedagogy, Literature, Public Administration and Law. He is a major in the PMDF and worked at the Military Police Academy from 2012 to 2018, with experience in training officers and non-commissioned officers.
