Richard Gabriel is President of Decision Analysis and Founder of the Online Courtroom Project. He is a former President of the American Society of Trial Consultants and has written a book on his work in numerous high-profile trials and co-written a book on jury selection. For 36 years, he has developed innovative solutions for clients and the justice system and is a frequent commentator on high-profile trials for CNN. Ken Broda-Bahm, Ph.D. is a Senior Litigation Consultant with Persuasion Strategies (a service of Holland & Hart LLP), in Denver, Colorado. He has provided research and strategic advice to clients since 1993. A member of the Advisory Board for the Online Courtroom Project and a past President of the American Society of Trial Consultants, he also writes extensively on topics of litigation persuasion and advocacy at the blog PersuasiveLitigator.com, and frequently presents on effective courtroom communication.
