Confidentiality agreements are an important feature of a wide variety of business negotiations. Mark Anderson has 20 years' experience of drafting and advising on confidentiality agreements. He is principal of Anderson & Company and author of several textbooks, including Technology Transfer (2003) and Drafting and Negotiating Commercial Contracts (1997).
