Nigel Tomkins is an independent training and legal consultant and an Associate Professor of Civil Litigation with the College of Law. With more than 30 years' experience as a specialist personal injury lawyer, he is consultant director to and a Fellow of the College of Personal Injury Law and has a reputation as one of the UK's leading personal injury law trainers.

Author of a number of works and articles, Tomkins is also the digest editor of the Journal of Personal Injury Law and is a regular broadcaster.

Claire Edwards is the Managing Director of Solicitors Services Ltd, managing agent and cover holder for the Aftersure ATE insurance product. Here previous experience includes working with the Law Society of England & Wales in bringing Accident Line Protect onto the market.
