Andrew Steinmetz is a Research Fellow in the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy at the University of Pennsylvania. Harald Schmidt is Assistant Professor at the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy at the University of Pennsylvania, and Research Associate at the Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics.
