About the author
Frances Meenan is a Senior Counsel. Frances has practised employment law and other related areas for a number of years, first as a solicitor and then at the Bar. She has published extensively in the area of employment and industrial relations law. Her previous publications include Employment Law (2014) Thomson Reuters Round Hall and a Supplement to the first edition (2015); Working Within The Law (1999) 2nd ed. and (1994) 1st ed. (Oak Tree Press) and many articles published in various legal journals. A graduate of UCD B.Comm., M.B.S., Dip. Arb., the Law Society of Ireland and the King s Inns; she is also an accredited mediator (CEDR) and a member of the Institute of Arbitrators.
