Commentary and explanatory notes are included throughout, written by a greatly expanded editorial board, including QBD and Chancery Masters and leading practitioners. The text has supplements within the year, a newsletter "Civil Court News" containing case summaries and articles, and a free accompanyin CD-ROM.
