Emerging to the forefront of sustainable production and consumption are a promising and rapidly evolving concept known as Voluntary Standard Systems (VSS). Der Autor Michael Schmidt, Diplom Verwaltungswirt, ist im Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Sozialordnung tätig. Daneben arbeitet er als Dozent in der Erwachsenenbildung und schreibt regelmäßig zu verschiedenen Themen der Sozialpolitik.
