Learning Legal Rules brings together the theory, structure, and practice of legal reasoning in a readily accessible style. Throughout the book the authors also examine the importance of human rights and the permeating influence of EC. The seventh edition of this well-established text has been fully updated and includes a new chapter on legal writing to help students prepare for their essays and exams.
