Gray and Gray's Land Law covers all the core elements of the subject, providing contextual analysis that explores the social, political and economic significance of land law. The authors take a critical approach and guide students through the complexities of the subject through the use of diagrams, summaries and self-test questions.
Gray and Gray's Land Law not only covers all the core topics covered on undergraduate courses in an appropriate level of detail, but brings the subject to life through critical analysis and a contextual approach that explores the social, political and economic significance of land law. The book adopts a user-friendly approach that makes use of self-test questions, diagrams and summaries to emphasise key issues and illuminate areas of difficulty or controversy. A broad range of further reading is also included at the end of each chapter to aid with further in-depth research. Students seeking sophisticated analysis within a manageable length and an accessible format should look no further than Land Law for clear guidance from the leading authorities in the field.
