Dr. Pervez Alam is presently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering and Chief Proctor of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri, J & K, India. He is life member of Institution of Engineers, India and Acoustic Society of India. He is graduated in Civil Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi and post graduated in Environmental Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He obtained his Ph.D. (Environmental Engineering) degree from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Dr. Alam has 10 years research and teaching experience. He has published more than 30 papers in national /international journals and conferences. He has more than 700 citations of his research work with H-index 11. Dr. Alam is Casual Reviewer of more than 05 reputed international journals of environmental science and engineering. He has provided consultancies in different areas of environmental engineering, such as noise modeling and mapping, EIA, Design of STPs/ETPs etc. Dr. Afzal Husain Khan is currently working in the Civil Engineering Department, Jazan University, Saudi Arabia. He has more than 11 years of teaching and research experience. He has >60 peer-reviewed publications (h-Index 19; >1000 citations), 1 book (edited), 6 patents and 5 book chapters to his credit. He is a guest Editor in ‘Frontiers in Environmental Chemistry, and ‘Frontiers in Sustainability. He is a reviewer in reputed journals such as Journal of Molecular Liquids, Chemosphere, Journal of Water Processing Engineering, Waste Management, Separation and Purification Technology, etc. He is currently working on antibiotics removal using pozzolanic composite material. Dr. Juliana Heloisa Pinê Américo-Pinheiro has a degree in Biological Sciences from the Faculty of Engineering at São Paulo State University (UNESP), Ilha Solteira – SP, Brazil, a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Water Resources and Environmental Technologies from UNESP, and a Specialist in Environmental Management from the University of Sao Paulo (USP), Piracicaba - SP, Brazil. She obtained her PhD in Aquatic Biology from the Center for Aquaculture at UNESP, Jaboticabal – SP, Brazil and a Post-Doctorate in Civil Engineering from UNESP. She is currently Assistant Professor at the Department of Forest Science, Soils and Environment at the School of Agronomic Sciences at São Paulo State University (UNESP), Botucatu - SP, Brazil and permanent professor at the Graduate Program in Civil Engineering at UNESP. Dr. Juliana has 7 years of experience in teaching and research, and is a Researcher at the International Society of Engineering Science and Technology (England) and International Consultant at the Society for Green Environment (India). She is the leader of the research groups "Hydrology, Water Quality and Management of Hydrographic Basins" and "Water Resources, Ecotoxicology and Environmental Technologies" of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) of Brazil. She participates in the Grupo de Investigación Contaminantes Orgánicos Y Ambiente of the National University of Moquegua-Peru. She has published more than 110 articles in national and international specialized journals, 34 books and 33 chapters published between national and international publishers. She has more than 750 citations of her research papers and H index = 13. She serves as a reviewer for more than 20 international and national journals. In her professional activities she interacted with more than 190 collaborators in co-authorship of scientific works. Kafeel Ahmad is presently, Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering and Hony. Director (Research), Jamia Millia Islamia. He is Fellow of Institution of Engineers (FIE), India and Chartered Engineer (CE) India. He is graduated in Civil Engineering and post graduated in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He obtained his Ph.D. (Environmental Engineering) degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Dr. Ahmad has 29 years research and teaching experience. He has supervised seven PhD thesis and 37 M. Tech dissertations. He has published 112 papers in national /international journals and conferences. He has 3856 citations of his research work with H-index 21. Dr. Ahmad is Casual Reviewer of more than 55 reputed international journals of environmental science and engineering. He has also specially designed and authored a book on environmental science and engineering for competitive examinations. He has provided consultancies in different areas of environmental engineering, such as design of ETPs/STPs, development of solid waste management plan and air quality modeling as well as efficacy and adequacy of ETP/STP/ECS/Air Pollution Control Systems etc.
